Finance AI makers Moss and Rillet both become unicorns
Berlin-based Moss raised €30 million for finance agents, and Rillet, which builds an AI-native ERP, closed a $100 million round.

Berlin-based Moss, a spend management platform for European SMEs, raised a €30 million Series C led by Portage and Cherry Ventures at a valuation above €1 billion. It will fund "Finance AI", agents that learn from finance teams and help with closing, controlling, budgeting and forecasting.
Rillet
Rillet raised a $100 million Series C led by ICONIQ at a $1 billion valuation. Its AI-native ERP combines a real-time general ledger, continuous close and AI agents. It has more than 600 customers and doubled new ARR in the previous three months.
