Salesforce's Agentforce passes $1.5 billion in ARR

Agentforce ARR grew more than 240% in a year, while Salesforce as a whole grew 11%.

The quarter

Revenue was $11.3 billion, up 11%. Agentforce ARR passed $1.5 billion, up more than 240%, and Agentforce plus Data 360 reached nearly $3.9 billion.

Usage

Salesforce counted 3.2 billion Agentic Work Units in the quarter, up 97% sequentially, and 7 billion to date across Agentforce and Slack. Full-year guidance is $46.1 billion to $46.4 billion, so agents are growing fast from a small share.
