Meta opens its Muse agent to small businesses for free
Muse for Small Business connects to Asana, Zoom, Intuit, Box, Canva and Slack and works with Meta ad accounts. Basic use is free; paid tiers are $20 and $100.
What it does
An owner gives Muse a goal such as finding new customers and the agent does the work: building campaigns from the business’s content, helping manage cash flow, flagging customer opportunities and suggesting marketing fixes. It can connect to Meta ad accounts and professional Instagram and Facebook profiles.
Competition
The launch landed on the same day as OpenAI DevDay. Zuckerberg called Muse the centrepiece of Meta’s AI strategy at Connect last week, and Meta now competes directly with OpenAI and Anthropic for business users.
