AI demand has its 3, 4 and 5 nanometer capacity fully booked. ## The numbers **$16.32 billion** TSMC's August revenue, NT$514.806 billion Revenue rose 10.1% from July and 53.3% from a year earlier, a monthly record. January to August revenue reached NT$3.387 trillion, up 39.3%. Monthly revenue has now risen four months in a row. ## Where the demand comes from TSMC points to AI demand and orders tied to new smartphone launches.
