Orders from AI channels tripled, and classic search did not decline. ## The quarter Shopify reported $116 billion in gross merchandise volume on August 5, its fifth straight quarter of GMV growth above 30%. Revenue rose 34% to $3.7 billion with an 18% free cash flow margin. ## The AI channel AI-driven orders tripled year on year, and Shopify says new-buyer orders from AI channels arrive at nearly twice the rate of other channels.
