# Crusoe raises $3.9 billion at a $30.9 billion valuation

AI infrastructure company Crusoe closed its Series F. Its valuation rose from $10 billion to $30.9 billion in about a year.

## The round

On September 17, Crusoe announced the initial close of a $3.9 billion Series F at a $30.9 billion post-money valuation. The oversubscribed round was co-led by Atreides Management, Mubadala Capital and Valor Equity Partners, with Founders Fund, GIC, Nvidia, the Qatar Investment Authority and TPG also taking part.

## Where the money goes

Crusoe will use it to build its own AI factories, from large vertically integrated campuses to modular Crusoe Spark units, and to grow Crusoe Cloud. The company reports more than $140 billion in total contracted value and over 6 GW of gross contracted capacity, 1 GW of which is running today.

## The pace

Last October Crusoe raised $1.38 billion at a $10 billion valuation, so its value has more than tripled in a year. Three new board members joined, including Cloudflare CFO Thomas Seifert and Redwood Materials founder JB Straubel.
